Return policy

You can return the entire order or part of it and the amount difference is returned only when the order is returned immediately upon the arrival of the order and with the delivery officer at your party. Nothing will be accepted after the delivery officer leaves.

In the event that you made payment via electronic payment methods (using a credit card), the value of the return will be returned to the card account used, minus any fees or commissions deducted by the card service providers on this process.
